The Therianos family has olive groves in a small village of the Vrachionas mountain. The family's belief in a better world and mutual respect, the extremely rich soil of their olive groves, and the excellent variety of olives together result in a superior extra virgin olive oil that never undergoes processing (refining) at any stage of production.
