Terms & Conditions:

I understand that my deposit provides pre-season support for the farmers and is non-refundable.
I have read and understood the information in its entirety on this Commitment Form.
I understand the farmers will do their best in providing an abundant harvest, that risk is part of the CSA relationship and that actual harvest size is dependent upon weather and field conditions.
I agree to pay for my full share of the 2026 Summer Harvest and all fees are non-refundable.
I agree to pick up my weekly Harvest Share on time or make arrangements to have it picked up for me. If I do not pick up my share—or make arrangements with a friend or family member to pick up for me during my designated pick-up time and location—it will be donated to others.
