2 large garden cucumbers, peeled, seeded, and cut into chunks (2 cups)
1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt/ soy yogurt or coconut yogurt
1 cup fresh blueberries
1-2 Tbs. honey or agave nectar
1 Tbs. lemon juice
Place all ingredients in blender, and blend until smooth.
