Ingredients

  • 2 large garden cucumbers, peeled, seeded, and cut into chunks (2 cups)

  • 1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt/ soy yogurt or coconut yogurt

  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

  • 1-2 Tbs. honey or agave nectar

  • 1 Tbs. lemon juice

Directions

Place all ingredients in blender, and blend until smooth.
