As a cooperative of farms and community members, it is important to us that we grow our community along with with our vegetables. To that end, we strive both online and in person to develop relationships between our members as well as with our farmers.
- Annual Member Meeting: Each May we kick off the season with a members meeting. This is an opportunity for our members and farmers to get together, share some good food, and meet one another.
- Potlucks: We’re all about bringing good food and good people together! And a potluck does just that. Of course, they are always optional, but we plan a few throughout the season to give you plenty of opportunities to take an hour and relax with your fellow CSA members and farmers. Let the kids run around, share your favorite new recipe, and talk with the farmer who grew that carrot you’re munching on!
- Volunteer Opportunities: We have a number of ways to get involved! Whether you want to get your hands in the dirt with Green Thumb Growers, or just help get the word out about the CSA at a community event – we welcome your talents and your time in any way you’d like to share them!
